How do I book to become a Vendor?

We have an online booking system that enables you to book and also make payments.

Once we receive a registration form we will email a booking confirmation to you, category places are limited, we do recommend to book early. BOOK NOW

What type of businesses are at The Food & Wine Festival?

We welcome local businesses that provide the consumer with a chance to taste and sample what the regions to offer. This includes but is not limited too – Wines, Beers, Catering, Musicians and Speciality stores.

What is included in my vendor fee?

Vendors will receive 1 days of trade to the visitors attending the event. The fee also includes:

  • Online Business Listing that never expires – a full business listing in our online vendor directory with business contact details, image gallery and
    Marketing collateral to assist in promoting the event that you are one of the vendors to your own social base.
  • The area provided is a grassed area, there are different size options available and if you have something unique to display and require extra space then please let us know.
  • You also have the option of booking a Fete Stall marquee with us or arranging your own style and design.
  • Power is also available to stands, there is a charge. If you have any other requirements then just let us know, we are always happy to assist.

Will there be secruity at the event?

Yes – we have partnered with a well known local security company on the Coast to ensure the event remains safe and friendly for our visitors to enjoy the day – SecurityWorx

What happens if it rains on the event day?

In the unforeseen situation that the weather proves to be unsafe to carry out The Food and Wine Festival then management with the instruction of the park will cancel the event via a SMS notification on Saturday at 6am and following Sunday at 6am.

*If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions then a refund of the booking amount is not provided.

When is bump in?

Bump in is from early morning on Sunday 5th of August 2018.

Is there an ATM on-site for visitors?

The Food and Wine Festival will provide an ATM for visitor use for the duration of the event.
We do suggest to have your own payment system in place, is is inexpensive and easy to arrange via your own banking network.

Are we able to select our own stand location?

The Food and Wine Festival design and create all floor plans for the event. The plans are designed on key features of each business included business type, size of stall and products available.
Two weeks prior to the event date, stall numbers will be provided to help locate your area and there will be directional staff on the Friday to help in the bump in process.
